Ever have one of those moments when you are struggling with a concept or problem and not having any success until ......... it comes to you, a flash of inspiration, a real light bulb moment, an epiphany. That is what I am trying to convey in this piece. A hand carved worm gear drives a whitworth quick return mechanism to create the movement. The figure is made from cherry.
